These terms govern the sale of artworks by Chloe Murphy, an independent oil painter based in London, United Kingdom.
About the Work
All paintings shown on this site are original works by Chloe Murphy. Prints, where offered, are limited edition, signed and numbered by the artist.
Copyright
Copyright in all artworks, photographs, and content on this site remains with Chloe Murphy. Purchasing a painting or print transfers ownership of the physical work only — it does not grant rights to reproduce, exhibit commercially, or create derivative works without prior written permission from the artist.
Enquiries and Pricing
Prices for original paintings are available on request via the contact form. Submission of an enquiry does not constitute a contract of sale. Sale terms — including price, payment method, and shipping — are confirmed in writing by email before any payment is taken.
Payment and Shipping
Payment terms are confirmed at the point of sale. Shipping is arranged on a per-order basis and quoted with each enquiry. International buyers are responsible for any import duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.
Returns
Original paintings are sold as final sale and are not eligible for return.
For limited edition prints purchased online, buyers have 14 days from delivery to cancel and return the print under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. The print must be returned in its original, undamaged condition. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chloe Murphy is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or the purchase of any work. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
